• 前端工程师

岗位职责

• 独立负责前端项目的整体开发与技术方案设计；
• 根据产品需求，构建高性能、可维护的前端应用；
• 实现与智能合约的交互逻辑（如钱包连接、链上数据读取、交易签名等）；
• 优化前端性能，确保在不同设备和浏览器上的流畅体验；
• 参与UI/UX优化，提升用户体验；
• 与后端及智能合约工程师协作，确保功能实现的准确性与安全性；
• 参与代码审查，推动团队的工程质量与最佳实践。

岗位要求

• 具备扎实的前端开发基础，熟练掌握 React / Next.js / Vue 等现代前端框架；
• 深入理解 Web3 技术栈（如viem、wagmi、ethers.js、钱包集成、智能合约交互流程等）；
• 熟悉 TypeScript、HTML5、CSS3，具备良好的组件化、模块化开发思维；
• 对 DeFi、NFT、RWA 或链上应用生态 有实际理解或项目经验；
• 能够独立从 0 到 1 推动一个项目落地；
• 良好的英文文档阅读和技术沟通能力；
• 工作经验不限，但需具备自驱力与技术成熟度。

• 参与或主导过开源 Web3 项目；
• 有区块链交互或智能合约基础；
• 熟悉常见 Web3 工具（如 wagmi、RainbowKit、viem 等）；
• 有设计感或前端动画实现经验。

薪资待遇

• 基本薪资: $5k+
• Team allocation + Performance-based bonus
