职位描述

我们正在招募【BD/增长合伙人/代理/联盟伙伴/KOL经理】（远程）。

目标非常明确：1-2周内带来新注册 + 首次入金(FTD) + 首单交易 + 交易量。

你可以通过以下方式带量：

1.代理/联盟：本地社群、线下活动、线上渠道引流

2.KOL/KOC：YouTube/Twitter(X)/Telegram/TikTok 内容推广

3.社区/媒体：加密社区、资讯渠道、任务平台等 我们提供完整物料（海报、文案、活动落地页），你负责推广执行与数据结果。

We’re recruiting Growth Partners / Agents / Affiliates / KOL managers (Remote).

Goal: drive real registrations + FTD + first trade + trading volume within 1-2weeks

You can deliver via:

Agent/Affiliate networks (online communities + offline events)

Influencers (YouTube / X / Telegram / TikTok)

Media/communities/task platforms We provide ready-to-use creatives (poster/copy/landing). You execute distribution and performance.

·有真实可触达的流量/社群/达人资源（优先：MENA、北非、东南亚、非洲、欧美华语圈）

·能按照要求执行：description + pinned comment 放 referral link，并在内容中引导“注册→入金→首单交易”

·接受以结果为导向的合作方式（按 FTD/交易量结算）

·能提供基础数据反馈（点击/注册/FTD/交易）并持续优化

·Proven access to real traffic (communities/influencers/offline groups).

·Must place referral link in description + pinned comment and guide users to “register → deposit → first trade”.

·Performance-driven mindset (FTD + volume based).

·Able to share basic performance updates (clicks/regs/FTD/volume).

薪资待遇：$3,000 - 15,000

·基础奖励（Base Salary）：按月度产出阶梯发放，Tier1 从 300 USDT 起，最高可到 15,000 USDT（取决于 FTD/MAU 与团队交易量）

·交易返佣（Trading Rebate）：标准档 60%，达成条件可升级到 65%（与月度手续费贡献/FTD等指标相关）

·CPA 奖励（Performance Ladder）：有效 FTD（注册当月入金>10 USDT）5 USDT/FTD；高质量用户额外 +3 USDT/人 ·表现优秀可升级更高权益、获得更多预算/专属活动支持（长期合作）

·Tiered Base Rewards: monthly base starts from 300 USDT (Tier 1) and can scale up to 15,000 USDT depending on FTD/MAU and trading volume.

·Trading Rebate: default 60%, up to 65% when requirements are met (fee contribution/FTD thresholds).

·CPA Incentives: valid FTD (>10 USDT) 5 USDT per FTD + 3 USDT per high-quality user. ·Fast scaling + long-term collaboration for strong performers
