要求：偏好拥有学士学位，或7年以上相关经验。有在客户成功、服务管理或IT领域支持行政或运营流程的经验。具备良好的组织能力，能够准确处理库存、许可证和账户记录。有跟踪客户案例、重复问题或服务改进经验。能够发现数据不一致并纠正记录。熟练使用Microsoft工具。在快节奏环境中感到舒适。高级Excel技能。
