At WellSync, we're transforming healthcare by building a modern, inclusive platform that connects pharmacies, healthcare providers, and patients through scalable, white-labeled virtual care experiences. We put people over profits and believe quality care should be available to everyone, everywhere. We're hiring a Senior or Medior Frontend Engineer to join CareConnect, our core virtual care platform. You'll help build and maintain the web components and packages our customers use to deliver care — championing usability, accessibility, and secure PHI handling as first-class requirements in a HIPAA-compliant, security-first environment where the stakes are real.

5+ years of professional React and Next.js experience, including server and client components
Strong TypeScript proficiency — utilities, generics, and maintainable type patterns
Skilled with Tailwind CSS for polished, consistent UI development
End-to-end testing experience — Playwright strongly preferred
Solid experience consuming REST APIs in microservice-based architectures
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

$130,000 – $150,000 annual base salary
