The SHI Services Solutions Engineer, Data Visualization, is a core contributor within our Microsoft Data and AI practice, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade data visualization and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, accessible, and actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, UX Design, Information Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. Three or more years of experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience working with relational data sources using SQL or equivalent query languages. Demonstrated application of human centered design principles in analytics or visualization solutions. Experience working in a consulting or enterprise delivery environment with direct client engagement. Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables across concurrent projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy concepts in analytics solutions. Commitment to continuous learning in Microsoft cloud and analytics technologies. Eligible to work in environments handling sensitive government or healthcare data (background check may be required). Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in modern Microsoft cloud technologies and consulting practices.
