5+ years of experience in technical design, pre-sales engineering, or applications engineering within energy, industrial systems, or complex technical environments. Strong technical foundation with demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and engineering analysis tools. Experience creating technical proposals and customer-facing documentation. Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and systems-thinking approach. Business acumen with understanding of project economics and value drivers. Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 30-40%) for customer meetings and site visits.
