Design Expertise: Strong understanding of visual treatment development, typography and layout systems, color theory and visual hierarchy, composition, layering, and texture integration, brand consistency across multiple touchpoints. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Motion design is a plus. Figma (for design, collaboration and layout systems). Creative Thinking: Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling concepts and execute them with precision and originality. Technical Skills: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for advanced visual composition and illustration. Strong understanding of visual systems and scalable brand assets. Experience creating print-ready and digital assets across channels. Familiarity with design systems and asset organization practices.
