To have graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university
A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country
Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
An analytical mindset and to be comfortable working with data to inform decisions
Curiosity and a willingness to experiment and learn from results
Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow through on execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full-time availability from April 2026
