Proven ability to execute hands-on marketing initiatives, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation. Solid analytical skills, including experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking. Experience designing and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys. Strong understanding of growth metrics such as activation, retention, LTV, and funnel optimization. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and narratives.
