Champion DevSecOps best practices, including container security, API protection, and secret management. Develop and maintain comprehensive observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and rapid debugging strategies. Mentor and set standards for the next wave of DevOps hires, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with strong AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker expertise. Deep technical knowledge of DevSecOps toolkits, including Jenkins, Terraform, Git/Version control, and containerization technologies. Hands-on experience with large-scale, high-availability production environments and real-time issue resolution. Solid understanding of DevOps automation tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions) and best practices for zero-downtime deployments. Proficiency in infrastructure security: IAM, secrets management, network security, and API protection. Proven experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, WAF), with exposure to GCP/Azure in multi-cloud setups. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
