Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an agile environment. Proven track record of delivering successful products or features, with experience in AI rapid development processes (e.g., fast experimentation cycles, prompt engineering, or shipping AI/ML-powered features). Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com). Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and product design.
