Join our Data Integration team and take ownership of the Connect CDC product line. You will translate market trends and customer insights into a clear product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As the subject matter expert on Connect CDC, you will guide product development and identify growth opportunities. You will ensure the product continues to meet the evolving demands of our 12,000 customers worldwide. This is an individual contributor role with significant impact and visibility.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required. Experience: 5–7 years of product management experience building SaaS platforms, shared services, or internal-facing capabilities used by multiple product teams. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reusable platform components—such as entitlement management, usage metering, tenant administration, and API-driven services—that support cross-team development at scale. Proven ability to define platform standards, manage complex stakeholder groups, and drive execution in an Agile environment with multiple dependent teams. Hands-on experience with Agile development practices and product tools such as Aha! or similar roadmapping and backlog management platforms. Familiarity with data integration concepts such as CDC, ETL/ELT, connectors, or real-time data pipelines.
