The Director of Operations will lead the development and optimization of the firm’s operational infrastructure, ensuring scalable systems that support rapid growth while maintaining an exceptional client experience. This role oversees onboarding processes, standardized workflows, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvement across the organization. Partnering closely with advisors, operations staff, and leadership, the Director will drive efficiency, implement technology solutions, and build a high-performing operational framework. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented operations leader or project manager with expertise in financial advisor workflows and a passion for creating scalable, data-driven systems.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and CRM management. Tech savvy.
• 5+ years of experience in operations within wealth management or financial services, with demonstrated project management, operations, or business-process design experience. Experience with Northwestern Mutual systems or environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and build best-in-class, scalable, repeatable systems.
• Familiarity with financial-planning language and workflows (e.g., client and team onboarding, plan implementation, KPIs, process reviews).
• Experience working with advisors, client-service teams, or operational centers in a high-growth environment.

Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 plus bonuses. Commensurate with proven experience.
