Pepper is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our full funnel growth marketing acquisition engine and take the company to the next tier of growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for driving efficient and profitable customer acquisition across all paid channels. The focus of the role is not just to attract new customers but to identify, acquire and scale high-value customer segments that are sticky, brand-aligned and drive long-term LTV. You will own key performance metrics including LTV:CAC, media spend ROI, and first-purchase conversion rates, all while shaping the strategy that fuels Pepper’s next stage of growth. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution, overseeing the full acquisition engine: from channel strategy and budget allocation to daily performance optimization.
5-8+ years of digital marketing experience at a high-growth DTC ecommerce brand, comfortable operating in lean, fast-paced environments where you've had to move quickly, think creatively, and hold the brand bar high all at once. Demonstrated success in profitably scaling new customer acquisition and LTV. Proven track record in growth marketing. Expertise in paid media platforms (prior hands on keyboard experience required) especially in Meta, TikTok, Google SEM/SEO, YouTube, OTT, display and programmatic. Exceptionally analytical with expertise in platforms like Northbeam, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, AB testing platforms and BI solutions such as Power BI. Ability to set the high level long-term strategic vision and distill it down into actionable priorities and trackable KPIs. Strong self-starter with experience working with a remote staff and fast-paced environment. No job or detail is too small - willing to roll up your sleeves to execute. Obsessed with the customer (both qualitative and quantitative); strong customer-first bias. Demonstrates history of successful and on-time delivery of high impact, complex initiatives involving technology, cross-departmental collaboration and high visibility across the company and with customers. Clear communicator with an ability to articulate timelines, roles & responsibilities and distill complex concepts into digestible takeaways. Can creatively problem solve to balance pros/cons, speed, outcomes to prioritize highest impact solutions. Ability to think around corners and innovate solutions. Strong organizational leader who can manage through complexity, transition and in a startup environment.
