We’re looking for a lead Creative Strategist to level up our content engine. You will OWN performance creative end-to-end and report directly to our CEO. You’ll decide what creative gets made, explore new angles to test, and direct a vast team of content creators.

4+ years in creative strategy or performance creative roles
You’ve produced ad content with a cumulative $1M+ in ad spend
Have built and operated a high-volume content production system
Excellent copywriting skills with deep intuition for direct-response
Highly independent and relentless about data, with strong communication skills

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Bonus: Yes, up to 50% of base salary
Stock Options: Yes, you will have a stake in our success
