职位描述

1. Design and implement backend services that interact with EVM smart contracts

2. Build and maintain REST / GraphQL APIs for frontend and internal tools

3. Integrate on-chain events with off-chain systems (indexing, listeners, state synchronization)

4. Work with smart contracts (Solidity) for task escrow, status tracking, and verification flows

5. Ensure data consistency between blockchain state and backend databases

6. Implement basic security, access control, and monitoring for production readiness

7. Collaborate closely with frontend and product to deliver end-to-end features

8. Write clear documentation for APIs and system behavior

1. 4+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development

2. Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript or Golang

3. Hands-on experience with EVM-based blockchains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, etc.)

4. Experience integrating smart contracts with backend services using Web3.js or Ethers.js

5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), and backend architecture

6. Familiarity with on-chain event handling, indexing, or state synchronization

7. Ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote environment

8. Comfortable working in an MVP-stage product with fast iteration and evolving requirements

9. Good written and verbal communication skills in English NICE TO HAVE: Experience writing or reviewing Solidity smart contracts Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or basic cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) Previous experience working in early-stage startups or Web3 products
