I’m working with a fast-growing SaaS company looking for their first dedicated mobile Product Designer. This is not a typical design role. You’ll be building mobile tools used on construction sites—by people working outdoors, on shared devices, often with poor connectivity. Think: 📱 Task updates 📸 Photo logging 🗂 Daily reporting 🎤 Voice capture. 💡 The role: Own mobile design end-to-end (iOS & Android – Flutter). Design complex workflows, not just screens. Work closely with engineers to get details right in production. Design for real-world constraints (offline, speed, usability under pressure). Help raise the bar from "we have an app" → "this is genuinely great to use". ✅ What they’re looking for: 4+ years in product design. Strong mobile experience. Experience with complex, multi-step workflows. Comfortable working closely with engineers. Someone who takes ownership and pushes for quality. Bonus: B2B / SaaS. Field / operational tools. Flutter / cross-platform experience. 🚫 Probably not for you if: You focus mainly on visual polish over usability. You prefer handing off designs rather than owning outcomes. You haven’t worked on complex product problems. Why this role is interesting: First mobile-focused designer in the team. High ownership + real product impact. Mobile is a key growth area for 2026. Small, senior team. 📍 London (Moorgate – 2 days/week) + remote OR fully remote in the UK. 🌍 Global team (UK / Europe / APAC)
