MoonPay is seeking a Manager, KYB Operations to lead the team responsible for onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing compliance review for partners and business customers across MoonPay and its subsidiaries. In this role, you will manage a team of KYB Operations Analysts and own the day-to-day operational performance of the KYB function — from case quality and team productivity, to process improvement and cross-functional coordination. You are accountable for the team meeting KPIs, operating to a high standard, and continuously improving both the overall customer experience and how the work gets done. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Sales teams, and serve as a key escalation point and domain authority for KYB across the organization.

Manage, develop, and hire (as-needed) a team of KYB Operations Analysts, fostering high performance and operational rigor. Set individual and team KPIs; provide regular reporting and insights on the health of KYB Operations. Oversee the end-to-end KYB review process for all MoonPay products — ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with policies. Own QA frameworks for the KYB team; monitor output quality and implement corrective actions where needed. Own and continuously improve KYB operational workflows, procedures, and documentation — translating compliance policy into clear, scalable operational processes. Identify and propose improvements to tooling, workflows, and automation — partnering with Product and senior stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and implement changes that reduce handle time and streamline the onboarding experience. Represent the KYB Ops team in cross-functional forums with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Sales — bringing operational context and team/customer feedback into broader discussions. Act as the day-to-day domain authority on KYB for the team and adjacent functions — the go-to person for process questions, case escalations, and operational guidance.
