The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for HealthBeacon in the US market by expanding accounts and building strong relationships with Specialty Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical partners. The role aligns commercial priorities with HealthBeacon’s digital therapeutics and medication adherence solutions, ensuring clients receive meaningful insights, program value, and strategic support. This position plays a pivotal role in increasing brand presence, deepening client relationships, and supporting HealthBeacon’s commercial success in the US
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Life Sciences, Technology, or related field (required). Certificates in professional selling or digital health (desirable). 1–3 years in account management, sales, business development, or partnerships within healthcare (including pharma) or digital health. Sales experience. Strong client relationship management experience. Experience working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring adaptability. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes. Capability to structure proposals aligned with client needs. Flexibility, time management, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Must be curious. High initiative and creativity.
