We are hiring a Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth engine at Joveo — identifying the highest-leverage levers across acquisition, activation, and retention, and running the experiments that move them. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and marketing to compound growth systematically.

• Proven experience in a growth, product growth, or growth marketing role at a tech company
• Strong analytical skills — SQL, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel proficiency
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting growth experiments at scale
• Familiarity with both product-led and marketing-led growth strategies
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
