We are hiring a Programmatic Engineer to build the real-time bidding engine and programmatic infrastructure at the core of Joveo's platform. You will engineer systems that participate in live ad auctions, make bid decisions in milliseconds, and optimize outcomes across billions of impressions.

• Hands-on experience building programmatic advertising or RTB systems
• Strong backend engineering in performance-sensitive languages (Go, Java, C++, Rust)
• Deep knowledge of OpenRTB protocol and programmatic ecosystem
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems at scale
• Familiarity with campaign delivery concepts — pacing, bidding strategy, optimization
• Comfort with real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Flink, or similar)
