Senior Product Manager (Remote)

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for high-impact product areas at Joveo. You will own complex, multi-team initiatives end-to-end — setting direction, navigating ambiguity, and shipping products that move meaningful metrics for the world's largest employers.

Significant product management experience with a track record of shipped, impactful products. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end. Strong strategic thinking — ability to zoom out on vision while managing execution detail. Deep comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and quantitative decision-making. Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, HR tech, or marketplace products preferred. Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
