This is not a typical infrastructure role. You'll be building and maintaining the systems that keep our trading operations running in live markets - data pipelines, production environments, and the reliability layer that everything else depends on. When something breaks, it matters immediately.

→ Building and maintaining trading infrastructure across CeFi and DeFi
→ Managing data pipelines, messaging systems, and execution environments
→ Improving system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance
→ Developing observability tools - metrics, logging, alerting
→ Supporting deployment and production systems
→ Collaborating with traders and engineers to improve system performance

→ Strong experience with Linux systems and networking
→ Experience with distributed systems or production infrastructure
→ Proficiency in Rust, or similar
→ Experience with monitoring, logging, and system reliability
→ Ability to operate and improve production systems under pressure
