Join the team and create the future of customer experience together. As a Security Engineer for the Swiss region, you focus on the technical implementation and tuning of our security stack. You will move beyond 'out-of-the-box' settings to build automated bridges between finding a vulnerability and fixing it forever. As a generalist on a lean team, you will be a key collaborator, ensuring our Swiss environment is configured to the highest technical standard while supporting the broader mission of the SecOps arm.

3+ years of hands-on security experience in cloud-native environments. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Linux environments and a strong understanding of AWS security concepts and web application security (OWASP Top 10). Independent Thinking: Ability to solve a range of technical problems and align stakeholders to find the best security outcomes. Operational Tuning & Noise Reduction: A disciplined approach to security tooling, with the ability to dive into EDR, SIEM, or Logging configurations to filter out false positives and ensure only high-fidelity, actionable data reaches the team. Automation Aptitude: A 'hungry' mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to security-as-code initiatives. Location: Physical presence in Switzerland is mandatory.
