Senior Backend Engineer – Mobile - Fully Remote Anywhere in UK & Europe! £115,000

I’m working with a high-growth, consumer-facing mobile platform used by millions globally, who are building out a brand new monetisation engineering function. They’ve recently evolved into a more mature, product-led engineering organisation with dedicated squads aligned to Product, and are now hiring a backend engineer to sit at the centre of how they generate revenue.

Strong backend engineering experience in high-scale, consumer-facing products. Experience working on business-critical systems (payments, subscriptions, or similar high-throughput environments). Ability to work closely with Product Managers, challenge where needed and prioritise effectively. Strong communication skills and a product mindset.

Fully remote, distributed team. Mature squad structure with strong engineering leadership. Opportunity to take ownership in a newly formed team with clear progression into leadership.
