We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-native SaaS scale-up (~100 people), Series B backed by Sequoia Capital, with strong product-market fit and now scaling internationally. This is a hands-on player/coach Product Design Lead role with a clear path to Head of Product Design. You’ll lead and mentor two designers while staying close to the product yourself, setting the craft bar as the team grows. You’ll work on next-generation agent-led procurement workflows - designing how humans supervise, guide, and collaborate with AI systems across complex, data-rich environments.

Lead-level designer with 2+ years of people management or formal mentoring/coaching experience. Hands-on builder - comfortable shipping work yourself, not just reviewing it. AI-native operator who's already designing with agentic and generative tools day-to-day. Strong background in complex SaaS workflows. Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving systems. Clear product thinking and strong UX judgment.
