This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Account Executive. In this role, you will identify, engage, and close business opportunities with prospective clients, focusing on building meaningful customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, tailoring recruitment solutions for clients’ technical hiring needs, and negotiating contracts. You will also gather customer feedback to influence product and service improvements while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape the future of Crowdcruit’s offerings.
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development within tech, SaaS, or recruitment industries. You default to listening before selling. You diagnose problems, not push features. You’re comfortable operating in a startup environment: self-directed, resourceful, and accountable. You have a builder’s mindset — you’ve designed sales motions from zero before, not just executed inherited ones. You communicate clearly and persuasively in English (additional languages are a strong plus for our global client base). You have a strong network in the tech hiring or talent acquisition space, or the energy to build one fast. You’re data-literate: you track your pipeline, know your numbers, and optimize your approach. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment. You’re available during European business hours (or close to it) — our clients and team are mostly in that zone.
