10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on backend development. Advanced proficiency in Go or Java with a deep understanding of distributed systems. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (ideally GCP) and containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of scalability, API design, and performance tuning in distributed systems. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
