3+ years of hands-on Azure engineering experience
Experience in multi-location or enterprise environments (healthcare a plus)
Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, compute, and governance
Experience with hybrid environments and on-prem connectivity
Automation experience: PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI
IaC experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
Working knowledge of VMware ESXi
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Collaborative mindset; able to contribute to technical initiatives
Self-driven, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
