To support the expansion of our automation products and solutions in the US and European markets, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can bridge customers, product, and commercial teams.

Master’s or PhD degree in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field. 3+ years of industry experience in pharmaceutical companies or CROs, with a solid understanding of end-to-end drug discovery and development processes. Strong expertise in laboratory automation, familiarity with relevant technologies, systems, or commercial products. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse technical and business backgrounds. Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including BD, R&D, and Marketing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and propose innovative solutions. Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, for international collaboration.
