Senior Product Manager focused on new market evaluation and expansion for a healthcare software portfolio. This role will lead upstream discovery to determine where to invest next, with an initial focus on international expansion and ambulatory or primary care/outpatient settings beyond acute care hospitals. Responsibilities include leading voice of customer discovery, building market segmentation, analyzing competitive landscape, evaluating opportunities, developing business cases, partnering with Finance and cross-functional leaders, presenting findings to executive stakeholders, and owning go-to-market strategy or product development when required.

7+ years of product management experience in healthcare software (or closely related health tech environments). Demonstrated ability to lead market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis, and translate insights into strategy. Proven experience building business cases and supporting investment decisions (market sizing, ROI, assumptions, risk framing). Software delivery experience as a product manager. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulated environments. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in “white space” problems.
