订单管理产品经理

Support initiation of enhanced/new features in the order management systems through lifecycle
Work with key partners, external and internal teams to track and report on project status
Proactively problem solve platform issues for seamless order flow
Work cross-functionally to meticulously test changes and secure a consistent order process
Execute system maintenance
Assist the backend team in building and maintaining the product action plan to align with business goals

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field
3+ years in ecommerce product/ order management role
Strong background in backend systems integrations, and problem solving
Expertise in end-to-end testing
Knowledge of payment processing systems (e.g. Adyen, PayPal)
Experience in overseeing requirements for system updates and improvements
Understanding of APIs, data flows and system integration
Robust MS office Excel skills and fluency in other MS office
Fluency in project management tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence)
Vendor management background
Structured, analytical, and concept-driven approach
Skilled in identifying and addressing complex problems
Takes full ownership of tasks with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Skilled at working effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
