Experience designing holistic, end-to-end product experiences—comfortable moving from broad journeys to detailed interactions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively seeking clarity and adapting as responsibilities evolve. Designing at a systems level with comfort contributing to and shaping design systems, identifying reusable patterns, influencing standards, and collaborating with partners to balance product-specific needs with platform-wide scalability. Fluency in user-centered design methods and enough research literacy to ground design decisions in insights and data. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to build trust and influence partners across disciplines. Enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve. Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping or design collaboration tools. Passion for creating intuitive, delightful experiences that feel native across platforms and regions.
