4+ years in operations, project management, or COO-org roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with project management and operations tools (Asana, Notion, Monday). Comfort owning vendor and budget relationships. Excellent written communication and stakeholder management. Process-minded and bias for documenting how things work.
