We are hiring a Market Expansion Specialist to architect and execute our global pipeline engine. This is a high-octane, sales-owned role for a true hunter - someone who builds the machine that generates high-intent conversations from scratch. At Squid Academy, you won’t be handed a pipeline; you will be responsible for building and scaling it independently across the US, Europe, SEA, and the Middle East. Your goal: turn cold data into a predictable flow of qualified opportunities with schools, universities, and strategic partners. What You’ll Own: The Outreach Engine: Design and deploy automated, high-volume sequences that maintain a personalized feel while hitting hundreds of touchpoints simultaneously. Self-Sourced Pipeline: Build high-integrity prospect databases using sales intelligence tools. You own the data-to-dialogue journey with zero reliance on inbound leads. Ecosystem Multipliers: Identify and onboard resellers, distributors, and influencers to scale Squid Academy’s reach through indirect channels. Conversion Architecture: Write and refine sharp, persuasive messaging that converts cold contacts into qualified meetings. Who This Is For: The Hunter: 3-8 years in B2B Inside Sales or SDR roles where you were solely responsible for creating your own pipeline. The Startup Operator: You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments, moving with speed and minimal structure. The Systems Thinker: You don’t just execute outreach; you design the systems and tools that make it scalable. The Copywriter: You have a gift for short-form sales messaging that cuts through the noise. Success Metrics: Predictability: A steady, weekly flow of qualified meetings driven by your systems. Ecosystem Scale: A growing network of active global partners driving program adoption. Velocity: Efficiently moving targets from Data Point → Conversation → Qualified Opportunity. Role Evolution: Phase 1: Build the mass-outreach engine and generate immediate pipeline. Phase 2: Scale the partner ecosystem and refine the reseller funnel.
