4+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management or digital marketing, with proven expertise as a Social Media Specialist. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc. Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2 level), additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese are a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Self-disciplined with a proactive approach to work. Tech-ready setup including a personal computer, camera, and stable internet connection. Willingness to accept equity-based compensation until the next funding round. Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
