This role sits at the critical intersection of product, security, and developer experience, shaping how secure systems are built and scaled in a modern platform environment. You will define and drive the security vision, balancing robust protection with seamless usability for developers and enterprise customers alike. Working closely with engineering, compliance, and cross-functional teams, you will influence how security features are designed, implemented, and adopted. The position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges related to identity, access control, and emerging AI-driven workflows. You’ll play a key role in enabling organizations to trust and scale their systems securely. This is a high-impact, strategic role in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

7+ years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to security, infrastructure, or developer platforms. Deep understanding of security fundamentals such as authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, and secrets management. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex product features end-to-end. Experience working in remote, asynchronous environments with strong written communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear, user-focused solutions. Strong collaboration skills across engineering, security, compliance, and business teams. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI, or similar is a plus. Technical knowledge of databases, networking, or identity systems is advantageous. Interest in emerging technologies, including AI systems and automated agents.
