I’m working with a global product-led tech team building next-generation AI systems - and they’re looking for an AI Engineer to help architect intelligent, autonomous applications. This role sits at the intersection of LLMs, system design, and real-world production engineering - focused on solving the "last mile" problem of AI: turning probabilistic model outputs into reliable, structured, production-grade systems. What you’ll be doing: Design and build agentic AI systems (multi-step reasoning, autonomous workflows), Architect LLM-powered applications that are reliable and predictable in production, Translate model outputs into structured, actionable system behaviour, Build and scale high-performance APIs, Work on complex data pipelines involving large-scale communication/data streams. What they’re looking for: Strong Python experience (production-level), Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar), Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Pydantic AI highly preferred), Solid API experience (FastAPI), Cloud experience (Azure is essential), Containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes), Strong systems thinking - someone who can make AI robust, testable, and predictable. Experience: ~4+ years in AI / Software Engineering, Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, Exposure to designing AI workflows (reasoning loops, orchestration, etc.).
