Our client is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and success of innovative healthcare solutions, particularly within the Prior Authorization space. This role will focus on shaping product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions that improve operational efficiency and healthcare outcomes. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and collaborative, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions. What You’ll Do: Analyze market trends and industry insights to guide product strategy and recommend future direction. Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to define value propositions and effectively position prior authorization solutions in the market. Lead product delivery by working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. Own and manage the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility. Engage stakeholders across departments to align on strategy, gather feedback, and drive execution. Clearly communicate product vision, objectives, and rationale to internal teams, encouraging innovation and collaboration. Work with customers and partners to explore co-innovation opportunities and shape MVP product recommendations. Balance multiple initiatives, resolve competing priorities, and escalate conflicts when necessary. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure product features meet regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in Product Management or working with technical product development (Agile environments preferred) Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, or EHR domains is highly preferred Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
