We are working with a fast-growing, technology-driven company building complex products at the intersection of software, hardware, and data analytics. Their platform requires high levels of reliability, performance, and scalability, and they are seeking a Product Systems Engineer to help ensure product quality across the full stack. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across systems. As a Product Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end product validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You’ll operate across multiple domains- including APIs, Linux systems, databases, hardware components, and analytics pipelines- ensuring systems are robust, secure, and production-ready. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical problem-solving, building automation tools, and taking ownership of the full QA and testing lifecycle.

3+ years of experience in systems engineering, QA, or related technical roles
Strong experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with API testing, hardware diagnostics, and database/disk performance analysis
Experience building automation tools and observability frameworks
Proven ability to manage QA processes end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and interpret results
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
