Hint, one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the US, is seeking a high-energy, results-driven National Accounts Manager to help scale our national growth with Albertsons. Reporting directly to the VP Sales, National Accounts this person will oversee our entire brand at Albertsons, supporting all aspects of business, including account strategy, trade spend management, promo planning and managing any broker relationships.
5+ years of CPG sales experience, preferably beverage, with HQ-level national account responsibility. Direct experience managing Albertsons HQ or division(s) at a comparable national retailer. Proven success driving growth through account strategy, JBPs, promotions, and display execution. Strong trade spend planning and management experience, including ROI tracking and optimization. Forecasting experience including volume planning, promo forecasting, and cross-functional alignment. Experience managing retailer P&L, including pricing, margin, and promotional funding impact. Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen/SPINS) and retailer POS reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience managing brokers and distributor relationships. Ability to travel as needed; must live near a major airport
Base salary of $125,000-$160,000, based on territory and experience. The actual salary offer may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Bonus Eligible. Sick Days. Unlimited Vacation Time.
