Genesys is seeking a GRC Engineer with security & compliance expertise, technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple compliance-related tasks. The role involves security assessments, technical architecture governance, audit support, policy and compliance engineering, and GRC program management. The position is based in Hungary (Flexible).

2+ years of relevant professional experience in GRC, security engineering, architecture review, or related technical security roles. Familiarity with AWS and cloud security controls. Understanding of security concepts related to SaaS solutions. Exposure to audit support processes. Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS). Ability to support technical risk assessments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IAM, network security, or logging pipelines. Excellent English communication skills and ability to translate technical risks to business stakeholders.
