职位描述

Own the product roadmap, from candidate experience to employer workflows. You'll talk to customers weekly, synthesize what they need with where the market is going, and work directly with engineering and design to ship. You'll make the hard calls on what we build and what we don't. This is a first PM hire. There's no existing process, no backlog someone else curated, no PM team to shadow. You'll define how product decisions get made at MeritFirst.
