AI/Software Engineer plays a central role in designing, developing, and scaling Saratoga Group’s AI-driven systems and internal software infrastructure. This role blends strategic innovation with hands-on engineering, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and improving real-world applications. The role will contribute to automation initiatives, workflow optimization, and the ongoing evolution of our AI infrastructure.

Strong desire to build, experiment, and execute AI initiatives in a fast-moving environment. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially Generative AI and Agentic AI. Familiarity with major AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.). Experience building internal tools or automation workflows (no-code/low-code experience is a plus). Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
