Rust工程师

1、参与区块链底层模块和侧链服务的设计与开发

2、参与开发智能合约交互层、P2P网络层、链上交易打包与广播逻辑

3、开发并优化链上交易签名、Nonce管理、区块打包、共识消息处理等核心功能

4、与合约团队对接，完成链上/链下数据一致性、事件监听与状态汇聚

5、实现高并发、高可用的RPC/消息队列服务，并进行性能分析与调优

6、撰写单元测试、集成测试，保障模块的安全性与稳定性

7、持续完善监控、埋点与告警体系，快速响应链上异常与链重组事件

1、3年以上Rust语言开发经验，深刻理解Rust运行时、调度与内存模型

2、扎实的区块链原理功底，熟悉P2P网络、共识算法（如BFT、HotStuff）和交易生命周期

3、熟悉与智能合约交互的工具链（Geth/Parity RPC、go-ethereum、web3.go等）

4、有高并发分布式系统设计经验，精通协程、Channel、Context、流控等并发机制

5、熟悉常用存储中间件（LevelDB、RocksDB、Redis）及其在区块链节点中的应用

6、能够定位和优化性能瓶颈，熟练使用性能分析工具（pprof、trace、benchcmp）

7、良好的代码风格与测试习惯，具备优秀的团队协作和沟通能力

加分项：

• 参与过公链或Layer-2项目开发，或有完整节点实现经验
• 熟悉Substrate、Tendermint/Cosmos SDK、Polkadot或其他链框架
• 有跨链桥、预言机或链下预处理服务开发经验
• 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、Helm等容器化与编排技术
