Technical Product Manager

4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar role within a software engineering organization. Strong technical acumen—comfortable reading code, understanding system architecture, and engaging in technical discussions with engineers. Proficiency with AI-powered product development tools such as Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, Cursor, or equivalent; demonstrated ability to produce prototype-driven PRDs. Exceptional attention to detail in requirements documentation, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, unambiguous specifications. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing product delivery within sprint frameworks. Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, customer insights, and market trends into a coherent product strategy. Experience working in a startup environment is required. Experience managing or collaborating with distributed teams is essential. Familiarity with identity verification products or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
