Strong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, user-centered design. Experience with Figma strongly preferred. Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and interface design. Excellent visual design instincts with attention to detail. Strong English communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Experience designing SaaS products, workflow systems, dashboards, or operational tools strongly preferred. AI-forward mindset with enthusiasm for using modern AI tools in design and operations workflows. Experience using AI-assisted design, prompting, rapid prototyping, or "vibe coding" tools to accelerate iteration and problem solving. Willingness to continually learn and adapt as AI-enabled workflows and technologies evolve. Interest in helping build highly efficient systems that combine human-centered design with automation and AI. Experience with no-code tools, automation systems, or AI workflow platforms is a plus. Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred.
