We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who treats Traffic Cop like their own business, someone who understands that a polished feature is worthless if it doesn’t directly impact our customers' revenue and our bottom line. We want a leader who: Focuses on Outcomes, Not Output: You care more about reducing IVT rates and increasing publisher yield than you do about the number of story points completed in a sprint. Master of the End-to-End: You take ownership from initial discovery and data analysis to GTM strategy and post-launch revenue tracking. Driven by Revenue Impact: You prioritize the roadmap based on ROI. You’re comfortable saying no to a shiny new feature if it doesn’t move the needle on our financial goals.
