Join a fast-moving AI product environment focused on transforming how short-term rental hosts manage their properties through intelligent automation. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of agentic AI experiences by building a product hosts can genuinely trust to operate critical day-to-day workflows. You will lead the evolution of a conversational AI assistant that handles guest communication, operational coordination, and revenue optimization with increasing autonomy. Working closely with a highly agile engineering team, you will influence both strategic direction and hands-on product execution in a deeply iterative startup setting. The position is ideal for someone passionate about LLM-powered experiences, behavioral product design, and user-centric automation.
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years leading a 0-to-1 product initiative from concept through execution. Proven experience shipping LLM-powered or AI-native features in production environments, with strong understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation loops, scalability considerations, and autonomy guardrails. Strong expertise in product growth metrics, including activation funnels, retention analysis, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle modeling. Deep understanding of agentic UX principles and conversational product design informed by hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce concise, actionable, and technically clear product specifications. Quantitative mindset with comfort analyzing product data, building operational models, interpreting SQL outputs, and making data-informed decisions. Native or near-native English communication skills, particularly for customer-facing product experiences and conversational interfaces. Daily active use of AI productivity and development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent technologies. Strong adaptability and decision-making abilities within fast-changing startup environments where priorities evolve rapidly. Comfortable engaging directly with users and independently conducting customer research and product discovery activities.
