We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) with strong experience in analytical platforms for an innovative, mission-relevant tech environment. 🗺️ Design map-based frontends for complex analysis and intelligence workflows 📊 Create UX/UI for large-scale data in geographic contexts 🔍 Shape flows for search, analysis, enrichment, and reporting 🧩 Build scalable interaction patterns for heavy interfaces 🤝 Work closely with Product and Engineering in fast prototyping cycles 🛠️ Deliver clear, adoption-ready handoffs including specs and edge cases

✔️ Several years of UI/UX experience in complex B2B / enterprise software ✔️ Strong Figma and design systems skills ✔️ Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and performance ✔️ Confidence translating ambiguity into clear UX solutions 📈 Graph-, geo-, or table-heavy applications 🏛️ Government, defense, public safety, or security-related environments 🤖 Palantir-like, AI, or enterprise data platforms
